The digitex Support Center streamlines the handling of service requests. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
- A support request regarding the digitexCZK/IP system is not equivalent to a repair order and requires additional arrangements.
- Your original purchase invoice and warranty card showing the date of purchase, model number and serial number of the product is your proof of the date of purchase.
- For warranty periods applicable to digitex products please refer to individual warranty terms as stated in product warranty card and/or product specifications.
