The digitex Support Center streamlines the handling of service requests. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.


  1. A support request regarding the digitexCZK/IP system is not equivalent to a repair order and requires additional arrangements.
  2. Your original purchase invoice and warranty card showing the date of purchase, model number and serial number of the product is your proof of the date of purchase.
  3. For warranty periods applicable to digitex products please refer to individual warranty terms as stated in product warranty card and/or product specifications.
